We are crafting each ZoeCrystal piece by hand with care and want you to adore your sparkly goodies! Since every item is handmade, we can only offer refunds or exchanges if there’s a major quality issue.
We check every piece twice to ensure it shines perfectly. If a rhinestone or pearl comes loose, no worries! We include extras with your order so you can easily fix it yourself. This is part of the charm of handmade treasures, and we appreciate your understanding.
If you notice any defects or damage when your order arrives, please reach out to us right away. Contact us within 30 days, and we’ll happily arrange to remake and send you a sparkling new replacement.
If you don’t get in touch within 30 days, we won’t be able to offer a replacement, so please check your goodies soon after they arrive. We're here to help make things right—let’s keep your bling shining bright!
